Storage Tips
Lock it up! Invest in a high-quality padlock to protect your valuables
Keep it safe! Purchase insurance for your stored property (like most self-storage facilities, Elgin Country Storage does not insure stored property)
Stay in touch! Remember to provide at least 10 days written notice prior to moving out of your unit (see contract for details)
Keep your stuff! Be sure to keep your account current with on-time rent payments or your property could be subject to the provisions outlined in Texas Property Code Chapters 59 and 70 and sold at public auction
